Currently we have a 3 night minimum stay at $200-$250/night depending upon party size. Check in and out is flexible. Holiday rates may be higher depending on demand.

Wi-fi is on site and available (additional charges apply with heavy use). Rates are fully inclusive of cleaning, utilities and linens. Hand soap is provided and the kitchen is stocked with basics.

A security deposit which matches the rental fee is required at the time of booking. The balance of rental fees are due upon arrival. Payments are by check or money order made out to Ann Kownacki and generally must be received a week before your arrival. Deposits will be returned 14 days after departure to the return address you provided.

Payment accepted via personal check or money order made out to: Ann A. Kownacki and generally must be received 18 days before your arrival. Deposits will be returned within 18 days of departure.

There is a hand selected wine cage of reds that can be opened and sampled. Descriptions and prices are marked.

Extra staff services such as laundry and cleaning can be requested.

The local Twain Harte Market is excellent (the owners also own Deluxe Foods in Aptos California) and if you provide us with a grocery list we can have it in the house upon your arrival so you can make that special dish for your party.
