Booksin in the coveted Willowglen community of San Jose has a variety of homes that range from historical style homes to classic California Ranch homes and unique eichlers. 

Dollar per square foot is very high topping out at $50/sq ft higher than 95125 because the elementary school is so desired. 

Getting to and from the area is a little cumbersome without fast freeway arteries but the drive is worth it for the small town feel and charming atmosphere. Fratellos is one of my favorite restaurants.
