Moreland school district (zip codes 95130, 95070, 95129, 95117 and 95008) is a melting pot of culture and home style. Ranging from small bungalows to fabulous new homes this area has fantastic schools and amenities. 

Just north of Campbell which is the center of Silicon Valley it is close to San Tomas expressway and highway 280 which make rapid commuter transit to San Francisco and the companies in and around Mountain View and 101 easier. Alternatively you can shop at the wide variety of local markets and larger malls like West gate. 

It is definitely more affordable than homes to the west as you drift down into Saratoga and San Jose 95129 but more pricey in general than Union.
