If anyone is thinking about buying or selling a house, I highly recommend Sandy. I didn’t have the time to deal with the many things that needed to be dealt from the beginning of putting the house on the market till the time the money from the house proceeds were funded. She was there every time I needed her help. When she told me she could sell my house after having one open house, I wasn’t sure if that could happen or not. But it did. I even got more for the house than I thought I could ever get.
