I was exceptionally pleased with the way in which Sandy facilitated the sale of my rental home and identification of a replacement property.  She was extremely helpful in arranging financing, home inspections, and staging.  Bottom line for me was that Sandy made the whole process painless from start to finish.  She has my recommendation for anyone considering any other property transaction: buying, selling or a 1031 exchange.
